Do I need to use the "End automation" action to end an automation?

You are not required to use the “End automation” action in order to complete the setup of an automation. This action is optional, and mainly serves as a visual reference for the automation author to see where it ends.

It is important to note that even without this action, the automation will end when there are no further actions in the automation.
