The ZendeskConnect for Chrome extension brings the ZendeskConnect CRM straight to your Gmail inbox. With this browser extension, you can access and manage contact and deal information without leaving your email.
In this article, we'll show you how to install the ZendeskConnect for Chrome extension.

1. Visit the ZendeskConnect for Chrome extension listing in the Google Chrome Store.
2. Click the "Add to Chrome" button.
3. A confirmation modal will appear. Click the "Add Extension" button.
4. You'll be redirected to a page asking for your ZendeskConnect account information. Enter your account URL, the email address you use to log into your ZendeskConnect account and your ZendeskConnect account password.
5. Click the "Login" button.
You'll be redirected to your Gmail inbox.
The ZendeskConnect logo will be listed next to your URL bar and you can begin using the extension.
